1. To purchase currency, firstly confirm the money or the items you choose, then click it and select the quantity you wish to buy from the item list below, click the button “buy”.

3. After completing the information page, check the ‘I have read and agree the return policy

*Our payment platforms are currently Google Checkout, PayPal, E-Gold, Verisign (credit card) and Western Union. After choosing the desired method of payment you will be forwarded to the appropriate area after clicking “Proceed to checkout”.

4. You will now be forwarded to the payment page, (either PayPal or Verisign Credit Card). Fill out the appropriate information fields until you reach the message “You have sent payment!” This indicates that the order has been completed and it is now being taken care of by our delivery team.

5. After the payment has been sent, your order will appear in our delivery queue. Our delivery team will log into the appropriate game and contact the character specified on the order form. Some games currency can be mailed in the game, if we have made sure that your information is correct, we will tip your currency through the game mail system when you are offline. For some game we should do the trade face to face in-game, you need to inform us when you can be online, then our team will log in the game to do the trade with you. If we can’t make sure your information or our delivery team is unable to contact you, an e-mail will be sent to the contact address provided. You may reply to this E-mail or log onto our live chat to verify the status of your delivery.

6. We can usually deliver RuneScape money within 10 to 15 minutes, not exceed 36 hours for other games, as long as your payment is confirmed and all your information is correct. For something unexpected, the delivery time may be longer. But we promise that the time will never exceed 36 hours. If you still cannot receive your goods after 36 hours since you have made the order, we will issue a full refund.

7. If you have been waiting in the game for more than 30 minutes after the payment was sent, first check your contact email to see whether we have tried to locate you. If your inbox has no email, feel free to log onto our live chat window and speak with one of our customer service representatives to confirm whether everything is all right with your order.
